Hammer-Close Connecting Links
Removable Figure-Eight Connecting Links—For Lifting
Also known as hammer locks and sling links, assemble by hammering a pin through the center. They're often used to connect the legs of chain sling to a master link.
Grade 120 connectors are the strongest links we offer. When used with chain of the same grade, they are approximately 20% stronger than Grade 100 links and about 35% stronger than Grade 80 links. They're powder coated for mild corrosion resistance.
Grade 100 connectors are approximately 20% stronger than Grade 80 links when used with chain of the same grade.
Grade 63 connectors are approximately 60% as strong as Grade 80 links when used with chain of the same grade. They're stainless steel and have excellent resistance to salt water and chemicals.

Strike the prongs with a ball peen hammer and they expand to hold the connecting link together.
Galvanized steel links have a thick coating for corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel connectors have excellent resistance to salt water and chemicals.
